If you use the ‘Plan your stay’ form, the details you enter (name, email, optional phone, dates, guests, room type and message) are passed to our thanks page as part of the URL and are not stored on our servers — this site has no backend and no database. We use the details you provide solely to reply to your enquiry by email. Do not include card or payment details in the form.

To understand which content is useful, to keep the site working, and to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
